How many vehicles are available to choose from?

Typically, we have thousands of cars to choose from at any time. Our stock changes daily, plus we can source cars if we dont have what you require.

Do I have to pay for this service?

No, this is a completely free service as an optional added benefit to your insurance policy. You do not have to use this service, but your insurer has included it as they believe it will be of value to you.

What happens if I don't like the vehicle when it arrives?

We want you to be delighted with your new car and believe that our vehicles are some of the best-prepared examples available. Vehicles come with a 14-day exchange or full refund option if for any reason you don't like your new replacement vehicle

What do I do about my existing finance?

Our suppliers can help with your finance settlement (if you have one) and provide finance options and quotations on your replacement vehicle.

Do the cars come with warranty?

All vehicles undergo a thorough inspection prior to delivery and come with a minimum of twelve months warranty, extendable to 36 months.

Do the cars come with MOT, and what is the service status of your cars?

All vehicles come with a minimum of 6 months MOT and all vehicles come with a minimum 6 months before next service is due (under normal use).

What if I cannot see a car I like?

Vizion Vehicle Replacement has partnerships in place with suppliers that have access to thousands of vehicles and we are confident that we will be able to find you a replacement vehicle that is suitable. However, if you cannot find the perfect vehicle on our website, please let us know what you are looking for and we will liaise with our dealer partners to source one for you.

How does the process work?

We will send you a dedicated link to our website where you can look through the stock available. Our customer service team is there to assist you every step of the way and will chat through your requirements, we will also liaise with our dealer partners to see if there is any stock that suits your requirements that is not currently listed online.

How long does the process take?

Not Long! Vehicles can be delivered within 5-10 working days

Do you deliver the car or do I need to collect?

We provide free delivery up to 50 miles to your door (UK mainland only), we provide a standard delivery charge after the first 50 miles

Where do your cars come from – are these vehicles accident repairs?

Absolutely not!!! All vehicles are sourced from select main dealers, OEM and select wholesale sources. All cars have been HPI checked and all vehicles have a 130-point inspection prior to delivery.
